Official Rules
Eligibility: The Dazzle Africa Safari Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Dazzle Africa, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate.
Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a donation, hand-print your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address and mail in an envelope to: Dazzle Africa Sweepstakes Entry, 11700 West Charleston Blvd. 170-66, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Each mailed entry will be equivalent to one entry. Limit one (1) mailed entry per envelope. All entries must be received by November 30, 2025.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded if $25,000 fundraising goal is reached, consisting of a seven (7) day luxury safari for two (2) persons in Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park, including accommodations, meals, guided safaris, and in-country airfare from Lusaka to Mfuwe, Zambia. Approximate Retail Value: $15,000. No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Does not include intl airfare, gratuity, any beverages or required travel/medical insurance.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted on or before 12-31, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email or telephone within three days of the drawing and must respond within seven days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The donation associated with this entry is not tax deductible.
General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Privacy: Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.
Winner List: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Dazzle Africa Sweepstakes Winner, 1700 West Charleston Blvd. 170-66, Las Vegas, NV 89135 after January 1, 2026.
